LED Line Lights: Standard and MetaBrightTM Series Metaphase offers the industry's breakthrough performance line lights for imaging, web, and high-speed line scan applications requiring ultra-high intensity and uniformity. Our line lights are built as lean fixtures that can be easily controlled and integrated into visions systems. Our standard and MetaBrightTM Line Lights feature an adjustable lens, enhanced cooling options, and low current consumption. Our new computer-operated micro-flow compressed air thermal control and integrated fan cooling systems allow Metaphase Line Lights to operate cool, a thermal advantage in many applications. Metaphase standard and MetaBrightTM Line Lights project a thin strip of concentrated LED light onto an object, suitable for inspection by Line Scan cameras (linear array), the web converting industry, and non-web applications such as road surface & bottle inspection, or other high speed scanning applications. Equip with patent-pending micro-lens and high power LEDs, Metaphase Line Lights produce a uniform beam output brighter than COB (Chip On Board) or halogen technology. Solid-state performance ensures 75,000 hour lifetime expectancy for each of our lighting systems. Metaphase offers the largest selection of standard length line lights available (from 1” to 120”).
Diffuse Axial Line Light Using beam-splitter technology, Metaphase's Diffuse Axial Line Light produces co-axial illumination, reflecting along the line of the camera aperture in line scan applications. The Diffuse Axial Line Light supports an unintrusive lighting scenario that can be configured to illuminate both wide and narrow fields of view, and is ideal for applications involving highly reflective surfaces. Collimated Line Light Metaphase’s Collimated Line Light is a specialty version of the Line Light that allows an exceptionally long working distance and produces a highly collimated (direct) line of light.

Compact Diffuse Tube Line Light The Compact Diffuse Tube Light is a low profile version of Metaphase’s Diffuse Tube Light, with a linear aperture designed for line scan applications. This light is ideal for inspecting highly specular reflective materials with line scan cameras.
