2 Ring Off-Axis Light
Dual LED Off-Axial Ring Lights provide a near horizontal plane of light which is useful for highlighting surface defects, illuminating specular surfaces, and sidelighting prominent target features.
The Dual LED OFF-Axial Ring Light performs the same function as the Off-Axial Ring Light, with the addition of one ring of LEDs at a larger incident angle to allow flexibility in target illumination. Two standard models, the and the DOARL201-R, are available to create 2" dia. and 4" dia. light patterns respectively. LED Dual Off-Axial Ring Lights can be operated either in pulse mode or DC mode.
The Metaphase SSI-103(VC) LED strobe power supply can be used to drive a single Dual Off-Axial Ring Light to provide intense illumination for inspection rates of up to 3600 parts per minute. For steady state operation, the Metaphase SSI-20DC-2 power supply can be used to drive a single Dual Off-Axial Ring Light with independent intensity adjustment on each LED ring.
