In a recent announcement from the Pennsylvania Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Metaphase Technologies has received the Patriot Award in recognition of the support of employees serving in the Pennsylvania Guard and Reserve. The nomination for this award comes from Product Manager Paul Proios, who served as a Major in the United States Army Reserves. “Metaphase hired me knowing of my Army Reserve commitment and have gone out of their way to give me an important place in the company because they respected my experience as a professional and an Army officer. They have continued to support my civilian career growth with positions of greater responsibility while allowing me time when I needed to support my Army Reserve mission”
